Lisa目前居住在波蘭從事瑜珈教學,她的教學結合陰與陽,冥想以及呼吸法練習,在練習中她總是傳遞著每個人都有自我修復的能力。
由於Lisa自己脊椎受過傷,進而投入皮拉提斯的練習,並成為一位皮拉提斯老師。在她的教學上她也強調脊椎中立位的重要性,並結合皮拉提斯的概念在瑜伽練習上,讓學員更可以了解自己的身體。
她目前是YogaShe陰瑜伽師資班,300hr瑜伽師資班的指導老師之一,波蘭My Healthy Place瑜伽和皮拉提斯老師,並在波蘭許多學校與機構進行瑜伽教學與工作坊。
